Tasting notes:
This young Monferrato Chiaretto has a cherry red colour with touches of violet. Fruit forward nose with hints of cherry, rose petals and passion fruit.
In the mouth it is well balanced and fully expresses a pleasant freshness recalling picked red berries. To be served chilled at around 10° - 12° C and enjoyed by itself or matching hors d' oeuvres, soups, rice, boiled meat, grilled white meat, fried fish.
