This Primitivo, barrel-aged for 12 months, is intense ruby red to the eye with ripe red fruit, vanilla on the nose and pepper and other spices in the mouth. It is full-bodied, well balanced and complex with soft and pleasent tannins. A perfect accompaniment to wild game or roasts. Serve at 18° C.
