To produce this fine and elegant wine, grapes were carefully selected from our best wineyards. The bouquet offers cherry, white pepper and plenty of spicy note with violet accents. Flavours of plum and blackberry full the mouthwhile oak aging for 6 mounths added complexity and lenght to the wine. A perfect accompaniment to pasta dishes, roast-beef and grilled game. Serve at 16° - 18° C.
