Barbaresco DOCG must be aged for at least two years, of whitch one must be in oak barrels. This wine is intense garnet red with brick-red hues. It is full-bodied, well-balanced and it has a very persistent finish and complex bouquet with enticing hints of red fruit. Perfect with traditional Piedmont cuisine, wild game, Mushrooms or aged cheeses. Serve at 18° C.
